Troisième, formerly known as 3e joueur, is a digital agency specialized in the conception of large-scale websites. In this position, I planned the agency's technology roadmap and its implementation, trained and supported the developers and designers of the team, and developed a lot of internal tools.

Zel is a Web and design agency that I co-founded in 2011. In a few years, the team had 12 people and several collaborators, we have tripled our office space, several awards had been won, and the list of clients included top companies. At the end of winter 2017, I made the decision to sell my shares in order to work solely in the digital sector.

Manager - Communications, Web and Design
The Finale des Jeux du Québec is a sporting competition that brings together the best athletes in Quebec. Every 2 years, a new region hosts 3000 athletes, 800 coaches, and must find about 3500 volunteers. A permanent team of 40 people is created to organize this 2-week event. I held a key position in this team from the beginning of its creation until the end. Involved in several cases, I enjoyed the start-up atmosphere combined with the mobilization of all towards a well-defined goal.

Web and Graphic Designer
First position held in the permanent team of the Finale des Jeux du Québec (see text above). During these first months, the team had fewer than 10 people. I was responsible for defining the visual identity of the event, its implementation and the development of the first promotional campaigns. When the team grew, I was quickly given more responsibilities in a position that combined management and production.
